About the CEO

Mr. Yvelson Antoine is the Founder and the CEO of the company. Yvelson specializes in the field of Governance, Risk and Compliance (IT-GRC) and has over 23 years of experience in the field of information technology, including governance, IT organizational performance auditing, IT service management, IT security and cybersecurity, and IT project management coordination. During his career, he has participated in large-scale IT projects, and infrastructure projects in various sectors of activity, within large organizations such as Government organization, Financial companies, the United Nations, and the Organization of American States. Yvelson holds a master's degree in Administration (with a specialization in IT Governance, Audit, and Security) and several professional certifications and designations, including CISA, CISM, and CDPSE from ISACA.
